Mac and cheese
Ingredients:
Macaroni:
1 packet whole wheat macaroni
1 tbsp chicken stock granules
Cheese sauce:
120g butter
120ml flour
500ml milk
1 cup goda/cheder cheese
¼ salt
¼ pepper
Method:
Pasta:
Put macaroni and hot water into a medium sized pot.
Throw chicken stock in with the macaroni.
Let the macaroni boil and leave for 15 minutes at boiling point.
Cheese Sauce:

Melt the butter.
Add flour and stir for 1 minute on low heat.
Add milk slowly while stirring. Stir until nice smooth and thick.
Add salt, pepper and cheese.
Stir until smooth and tangy.
Mix with macaroni.
