Mac and cheese

Ingredients:

Macaroni:

1 packet whole wheat macaroni

1 tbsp chicken stock granules

Cheese sauce:

120g butter

120ml flour

500ml milk

1 cup goda/cheder cheese

¼ salt

¼ pepper

Method:

Pasta:

  1. Put macaroni and hot water into a medium sized pot.

  2. Throw chicken stock in with the macaroni.

  3. Let the macaroni boil and leave for 15 minutes at boiling point.

Cheese Sauce:

  1. Melt the butter.

  2. Add flour and stir for 1 minute on low heat.

  3. Add milk slowly while stirring. Stir until nice smooth and thick.

  4. Add salt, pepper and cheese.

  5. Stir until smooth and tangy.

  6. Mix with macaroni.
